The kitchen philosophy
Pizza, pasta & steak – the concept is as simple as it is ingenious. In 2014, the first restaurant opened on Josef-Görres-Platz in Koblenz. The success encouraged the opening of a second location: the Italian-inspired dishes can also be enjoyed in Ransbach-Baumbach in the Westerwald. Our adaccio has also been available in Cologne at Hohenzollernring 25 since December 2018.
adaccio, a name synonymous within the Einstein Gastronomy Group with Italian-inspired fare, including crispy thin pizzas, juicy grilled steaks and an impressive variety of freshly prepared salads and homemade pastas.
With little fat and an innovative combination, the aim is to combine creative and healthy cuisine. Only the finest and freshest ingredients are used, handcrafted with an Italian temperament.
As a sweet conclusion to the visit, delicious treats from our in-house patisserie, Café Baumann, as well as homemade Italian desserts are offered.
We have also thought of our guests with food intolerances: all of our pizza, pasta and burger dishes are gluten-free. All hot drinks are also available with lactose-free or soy milk.
The „FORO“ and the best meat
The Pizza FORO is a very special creation of the house. Foro is Italian and means hole. The center of the pizza is filled with deliciously fresh lettuce, which means it has a much lower fat content.
The juicy grilled steaks are also a treat for the palate, because the meat is uniquely tender thanks to special storage and preparation methods. Our guests say that we have the „best meat in the region“. We are honored and continually work to maintain this reputation.
We are very happy to have found such an excellent quality. And that’s no coincidence – we source our meat from a supplier who follows a strict philosophy: its meat comes exclusively from farms where the animals grow up stress-free and happily and are free of hormones and antibiotics. Natural free-range rearing, the strictest quality controls and a very special composition of the feed make our beef & co the best gourmet meat. Choose between Omaha Natural Angus Beef from Nebraska USA, Jack’s Creek Black Angus and Dry Age Beef from Donald Russell from Ireland or Thuringian Duroc pork. As a result, our meat quality can be felt, seen and, above all, tasted.
